The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I felt Alvin and Ray went above and beyond to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Because they couldn't find my car within a reasonable distance I ended up with an upgraded model for the same cost. Alvin was professional and friendly and listened to what I wanted. I super jazzed about my beautiful Impreza!
Refuse to investigate dangerous intermittent problems with new, warrantied cars on account of failure to identify or reproduce the problem in service. Will not offer any solution to a problem reported by a customer if not obvious to technical staff on hand.
