We are retired travelers, on the way to visit family. Problems with the DEF could have derailed our adventure. The part that was needed was to take 4 days to be delivered. Green's went over and beyond in order to get us right back on the road in 2 hours. DEF fixed, a recall fixed and oil change. Thank you so much .. many karma points!!!
Green in Springfield will not honor their life time warranty. Any body looking buy a car from them DONT'T DO IT!!!!!I have a contract for lifetime warranty and they are telling me changing oil is a repair.
My brother in law is having problems with green Volkswagen honoring there own lifetime warranty contract and they are saying oil changes are repairs and not regular maintenance. It’s ridiculous and people need to beware.

Bottom line BBB has been contacted. I’ve never been more humiliated and embarrassed in my life
