Service department is slow.. after I dropped off my vehicle it took 24 hours just to get a phone call to tell me I needed a new muffler and a another 24 hours to get it fixed. Tried to call 5 different times and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Service writer made sure to tell me how short staffed they were and how not having an appointment means service will take longer.
