The staff at the fast lane for oil changes were friendly and efficient and answered my questions honestly.
I bought my Journey at Green and have all service done there. My experience was the best I've ever received at a car lot. Joe Sarrat was our salesman and treated us then an now like he had known us for a long time. When I need to buy again it will be at Green.
Really disappointed. Purchased a service package for oil changes. 7 left and I found out 33 days to late they expire. This is crap!!!! How can you sell someone something that then becomes no good. Great customer service. Thanks.
The ladies in the Service Department are amazing. When I first bought my vehicle, I was informed of some appointment times to bring it in for a few tasks that needed done. When I showed up, the appointments were not in their system but they made it happen regardless of that setback. Then, when I wanted to get my oil change done (I am use to the every 6K miles routine) they were kind enough to explain to me that was not necessary and as to why.
