Went there with my son, Justice Dehmlow, to find him a vehicle. Joe was our salesman - very nice people. Like any thing else in life things took longer than I expected but when we left my son was very pleased with his purchase

Most frustrating place ever. Wrong prices quoted, longer than expected service times, they can't find things even when you tell them where it's at, and they just don't care what they are doing resulting in customers needing to purchase replacement items cause they are careless. I'm glad they are no longer servicing Mitsubishi and will gladly take my car else where.
Not very helpful people there and I basically couldn't done the oil change myself. They weren't even sure if they got the screw out of my tire. Not going back there.
Sometimes, you just have to share a good deed and give credit where credit is due. Yesterday, I took my car to Green Mitsubishi in Springfield, IL. Long story short, they found a simple fix to a very noisy problem. I just want to say, thanks so much for the honesty and integrity in getting my car back to normal. They could have easily took advantage of the situation and I wouldn't have been the wiser. I really appreciate it.
