Got the service done on my wifes van they did a greaty job, then they wash AND vacum nice touch.
The check engine light came on in my 2014 new Dodge Dart. I brought it to GREEN and they found the problem. It was a computer glitch. They fixed it and had no charge, This was my second car from Green and always found them very helpful and efficient.
Of the several times we have taken our Jeep in for service, we've had no problems. Everything was done that was requested. The Service Dept. has been a good experience with very nice people to work with.
Always willing to work with the customer on repairs. Great job! Want a car wash...just ask and they will run it through for you!!!!
This is at least the third car we have bought with Elliot's help. It is always a pleasure working with him and Green Dodge.
Our experience was ok when purchasing our vehicle in Jan. 2015. Was told we would get 3 free oil changes and went today to get the 1st one; no where in there system do they have a note about this so tried charging us. Very shady....won't be purchasing from them again or going back for any more services from them.
You know, no one likes paying for oil changes and tire rotations, especially at today's prices but I have to tell you the folks at Subaru make it less painful by being so darn accommodating. I asked the young man, since it was pouring rain, if he would go out and get my car for me. He said "yes" and started that way when I had to call him back to tell him I was kidding. He was smiling the whole time and never gave me that, "are you nuts look." Thanks guys and keep up the good work along with the great attitude.
I have a 2012 Kia, I bought it from Alvin. Great people, Great Service..This is my second Kia and I love it.
