I went to the service area of Green Dodge to have a couple of recalls taken care of. The service was fast and there was excellent customer service.

Never had anything but awesome service from Green Dodge. Not only the service is great, we've bought several vehicles from spfld green dodge and all the way back to when the Plymouth/Dodge dealership was on Dickson parkway and down town before then. My first new vehice from the dealership was a 1973 Plymouth Duster 340 and have bought many vehicles since then. Bought my car from Green Dodge a year ago, everything was fine. Now with repairs that needed done you constantly give the run around to push me out of my warranty timeframe. When asked about a recall on my car you denied it only for me to indeed confirm that there is an open recall, one that - if left as is - can cause smoke and fire without warning under the hood.
