Bought 2 vehicles in 1 day and argued with them for 3 weeks about fixing one of the vehicles that was covered under power train warranty. I’ve called to check on it left a message Monday for the service advisor it is now Thursday and no return phone call. Thanks Green!! Don’t worry I’ll go to Billion next time!!!
My mother in law bought a 2017 Silverado in 2017 had to have the lifters replaced at almost 47,000 miles 60 days later her motor blows and they don’t want to cover under warranty she still has 10,000 miles left on power train. They don’t want to cover because there is mud on the vehicle, well it is a truck she does have friends and family that live on gravel. We appreciate Mike Hawkes, at Green and would recommend him to help buy a vehicle. He looks at what the buyer needs in a vehicle, what would be an affordable price range for the buyer and how to make the deal happen. I love how he explains everything to the buyer, and if we ever had any questions, he is quick to find the answers to the questions. He also reached out after our purchase, to see how we like the car & ask if we had any questions.

my husband and I just traded in two vehicles for an upgrade.
