Might be a great place to buy a car, however the service department is another story. Twice now that I’ve taken our cars for service and got screwed. Very expensive and they always seem to find a way to add on cost. I don’t find this department to be trustworthy in any capacity.

Bought 2 vehicles in 1 day and argued with them for 3 weeks about fixing one of the vehicles that was covered under power train warranty. I’ve called to check on it left a message Monday for the service advisor it is now Thursday and no return phone call. Thanks Green!! Don’t worry I’ll go to Billion next time!!!

We recently purchased our first Green vehicle and first GMC. It’s safe to say we are in love with both! I can’t say enough about our amazing salesman, John Thomas. He was patient and professional. Received service from them, was quoted a price which I okay’d. I received my vehicle back in fine condition. However a week AFTER I paid my bill in full they call back to get more money because THEY made a mistake with my warranty company. They have sent my “debt” to collections, and are threatening me with a court date and bad credit despite having a receipt stating I paid In full. They have lost me and my business forever.

I had an amazing experience at Green Buick GMC, after a not so amazing experience at my local dealer. Stephanie Hebison was so easy to deal with and put up with both my busy schedule and procrastination to get me the vehicle I wanted. She went above and beyond, even offering to drive several vehicles to Muscatine for me to try for the day when I could not make it to Davenport. I would highly recommend Stephanie to any family and friends.

Trina Hayslett was amazing to work with. Very professional, strong, but not pushy. I had a million questions and concerns since I have not bought a new car in over 20 years, but she was patient and respectful. The finance person (who's name I cannot remember) was also very kind and considerate. We even got the general manager involved! They were all great to work with. We will be back, and we will defiantly recommend Green to our friends.
