We just purchased a 2009 Enclave. Acknowledge we bought as is but we did not expect a large "reputable" dealership to sell a broken car. We should have changed our minds when it took three hours to wash the outside of the car since the inside was already detailed. Think something was fixed long enough for us to get it off the lot. Very disappointed !!!
RecommendedI am amending my earlier post. My wife and I expected the safety seat in our new Enclave to function like the ones in her 2014 SRX. But it didn't and we were very upset. But then Eric got involved, test drove the car with me, got more information from GM for me, and I was able to understand that the current safety seat functions in a more advanced, safer way than her car. I gave it a one star because I couldn't go any lower. We came to buy an Enclave because we were under the impression that the driver seat would pulsate or vibrate if the car was leaving the lane. We told the dealership that this feature was mandatory on any car we would purchase, and we were told the Avenir had this. After we bought it, we were then told that our car did not have that feature and that was nothing we could do to get it. We have taken it back twice and have been told the same thing.
