Terrible service. Went in for a engine diagnostics. Left with TMIC not installed or mounted, drove 3 blocks before limp mode and stall. Service tech copped an attitude instantly. Keep in mind I paid $120 and now have MORE problems. I was refunded after the tech was caught in lies and poorly put tmic back. Second terrible experience.
RecommendedAbsolutely great experence! Not only did Frank Brewster go out of the way to get us into the car we wanted but was able to get our payments far lower than we anticipated. I highly recommend Greeley Subaru!
Love our local dealership, they helped get our subarus airbag recall done swift and efficient! David runs a tight ship over there and always good to see him. He also hooked our fluffy co pilot up with some Subaru dog toys!! Always a pleasure to swing by.
Went to Subaru for new tires and everyone in the service department was great! They really explained the difference in deals that they had and helped get me a great deal. Thanks everyone that helped!
I want to commend Josiah and Pamela for their excellent customer service. We were visiting from out of town and discovered one of our headlights was out. They got us in right away using their Express Service and the bulb was replaced within 30 minutes. Josiah kept us informed about the progress on the light, and he was so caring and considerate. I was very impressed with everyone I met at the dealership that day. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road!
I’ve dealt with a lot of sales reps in many different environments. Greeley Subaru in particular is the best. I had the pleasure of working with Josh Clapper. Form the beginning I told Josh what I was looking for and where I wanted to stay payment wise and he took care of it for me. Always punctual, very communicative, respectful and very helpful.
