This was the nicest and most pleasant experience of buying a car that I've ever had. My aging parents on a limited retired income in lower AL lost their car suddenly to a transmission fail that would cost $5k to repair/replace...not feasible. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever been a part of. Went in one day, told Mike what we were looking for. Next day we get a call he had something for us! He did not miss a beat. We bought a new car from Greeley Subaru a couple of weeks ago and love the fact that they have an employee (Steve) whose only job is to teach us how everything works. At other dealerships we have dealt with that is up to the sales person who may or may not understand how things work and is more interested in moving onto the next sale. We also like the fact that the car prices are set and there is no bargaining and game playing to try to negotiate the best price.
Not very friendly over the phone if you drop a call.
