Very slow and unreliable
My surgery went well, but you need to stop calling me at 8am and expecting me to respond just for me to call back and your office mever be available, either call from 1pm on or stop bothering me
The communication is awful here, good surgeon but the office staff have a total lack of disregard and disrespect when handling calls and patient care concerns, so unprofessional, would not return. I am a clinical manager and I know how patients need to be treated and their concerns need to be addressed, this did not happen at this office location. Dissatisfied completely!
I came to this office I have severe stomach muscle separation and was referred by my pcp. I arrived early for my appointment and did not get called back for my appointment till 40 minutes after my appointment time. I waited patiently and did not see Dr Schattner till an hour and a half past my appointment time. He did not apologize for the delay.( his nurse did she was very polite) The Dr looked at me for less than 5 minutes then told me I need to trim weight and there was nothing he could do for me. Extremely uncaring staff & doctors! I was told to be patient and they’d call me within 2 weeks for an appointment after reviewing my referral notes. Seven (7) weeks later, still have not heard from them, ended up in ER with a 3 day hospital stay. Then they referred me to another doc who I waited a month to see, only to find out the day before my appointment that they don’t take my insurance.
