My son had an ER visit last July for a broken arm and everything was smooth, start to finish! Yesterday, my daughter used SDS, and the staff was top notch! We were very well informed before, during and after the procedure.
Just moved back to NP. I have terminal cancer and health conditions that can be scary at times. I have no family here which adds to the unknown at times. I had to go to the ER last night. Everyone from the time I stepped in until I left was marvelous. Very compassionate. Their demeanor helped ease my concerns not just about my health but their abilities to meet my needs. Don't stray from the personal touch. Thank you.
