I don't go to hospital but there I went took real good care of me
they really went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They really helped me make this whole cancer thing alot easier. I will miss Dr. DeVilla though i wish she wouldn't have left.
I just spent the last 4 days at the hospital in the ICU with my family and my grandpa that was in the hospital. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly, caring and professional. I don't think I encountered a employee once that didn't ask "how are you?" And "anything we can do to help?". I feel a special shout out is needed for the RN/nurses/techs in the ICU as they were truly amazing and compassionate. I was just a patient of your facility this past weekend. My experience started with a visit to the ER and subsequently admitted to stay. From the moment I entered the ER until my release, everyone involved with my care was professional, friendly, caring and courteous.
My son has had excellent care through the ER, Pediatrics and Same Day Surgery. Nurses and Doctors are caring and kind. Very professional. We have been very happy with the care provided at Great Plains.
