Our church roof has a lot of miles on it, and was mostly in need of repairs not replacement. They were willing to do that for us so we were happy to hear that. Everything was done in a timely manner and with professionalism. Easy to work with, good communication - which is not common anymore in any field. Very happy! Thanks Great Lakes.
We had multiple roof leaks reported at one our commercial buildings in Appleton, as well as multiple missing shingles in December 2021. Great Lakes made repairs to the holes in the membrane and also replaced the broken and missing shingles. They also repaired open areas around the conduit lines on the roof. We have not any problems since this work was done and would recommend their services.<br /> <br /> <br />

Over the past ten years, we have worked with Great Lake Roofing, from minor problem solving to major roof repairs. Most recent was a major roof repair, overlaying insulation and rubber membrane over an existing metal roof, roughly 24,000 square feet. The workers were professional, clean up every evening was extensive and post job clean up was comprehensive. The project was completed May 25, 2022. My complaint is in regard to a complete lack of follow thru in trying to obtain a quote for a flat roof replacement. I contacted them on 9/29/20. Randy came the next morning and reviewed the roof problems and potential solutions with me. After taking measurements, notes and photos, he guesstimated that the job could be between $25 - $30,000.
