We had a leak in a section of flat roof at our church. I called Great Lakes and within twenty four hours a crew was on site to make the repair. The crew was very professional and answered all my questions about the leak and the repair they made. I would highly recommend tem for any roof repair or replacement

Great Lakes Roofing replaced gutters on north side of our church. The crew was on time and checked in when they started the job. We had a couple rain delays but we were kept up to date with rescheduling. They worked later on last day to finish up the project. Area around church was cleaned upon competition of project. Very pleased with their work.

Great Lakes Roofing installed an entire new 175,000 sq ft membrane on one of our facilities. The team was very professional, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. They checked in every time it rained to ensure there were no issues, and addressed anything needed immediately. The communication and coordination were top notch.

Our church roof has a lot of miles on it, and was mostly in need of repairs not replacement. They were willing to do that for us so we were happy to hear that. Everything was done in a timely manner and with professionalism. Easy to work with, good communication - which is not common anymore in any field. Very happy! Thanks Great Lakes.

We had multiple roof leaks reported at one our commercial buildings in Appleton, as well as multiple missing shingles in December 2021. Great Lakes made repairs to the holes in the membrane and also replaced the broken and missing shingles. They also repaired open areas around the conduit lines on the roof. We have not any problems since this work was done and would recommend their services.<br /> <br /> <br />

Over the past ten years, we have worked with Great Lake Roofing, from minor problem solving to major roof repairs. Most recent was a major roof repair, overlaying insulation and rubber membrane over an existing metal roof, roughly 24,000 square feet. The workers were professional, clean up every evening was extensive and post job clean up was comprehensive. The project was completed May 25, 2022. My complaint is in regard to a complete lack of follow thru in trying to obtain a quote for a flat roof replacement. I contacted them on 9/29/20. Randy came the next morning and reviewed the roof problems and potential solutions with me. After taking measurements, notes and photos, he guesstimated that the job could be between $25 - $30,000.
