I own a large commercial building with several different roof sections. one of the sections is a 12-year-old ballasted rubber roof that had an occasional, minor leak in one area and a consistent leak along a wall on the opposite corner. We used Great Lakes Roofing for the first time. They were punctual and very knowledgeable of the work to be performed. They were very professional. They even took pictures of the chimney that needed repair, but is not part of what they do. I would highly recommend them.
