Checked in on computer. It said I was checked in. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment. Whole time front desk people chatting it up. I finally approached desk and they said computer didn't check me in. Can I come back in a month. I waited a month for the appointment. Maybe staff should do less talking and check people in themselves instead of a computer. Will NEVER go back.
Update since two years ago: I have been a patient of this office since 2022 after a spinal cord injury. Dr. Osburn is great and cares about getting you as pain free as possible. Unfortunately, it is difficult to get follow-up appointments with him since his schedule at the office is limited with his work at the surgery center. I had my first appointment and I was not impressed. I feel like they assume people are pill seekers when they are in real pain. Looking for other options
I had my first injection today with Dr. Osborn and I will say he’s amazing. He’s been kind and has told and showed me where my pain is coming from. He gives you options to decide how you would like to proceed. I think he’s a good Dr.
