Scheduled last week to have someone come out today. Was told a tech would be here between 11am and 1pm. Husband took time off work to be home to ask specific questions about AC ... when his day had already been hectic at work. When 1pm came around and no tech arrived we called Great Lakes. We were told that there were storms in the area and nobody was coming today. It would have been nice to receive a phone call noting as such. **** We advised AC was not working now and we were told a tech would be out after 5pm tomorrow. Ga... read more

RecommendedWe converted from base board heat to a new gas furnace, which we had installed by Great Lakes. It was a huge job-they had to install duct work since we only had baseboard heat. Tony, Jeff and Owen and their crew did an outstanding job! Very professional and hard working! They also installed a new a/c unit and hot water heater. So far we are very pleased! Josh, our salesman, was also very professional and helpful throughout this long process. We would highly recommend Great Lakes!

I was so happy with the people that work with me like AMY WHO CALL ME WITH IN 1 HOUR ATFER I CALL IN AND TO ANTHONY BELY WHO DID THE WORK. IF YOU NEED HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING OR ELECTRICAL WORK CALL THEM YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. ONE THING MORE ABOUT GREAT LAKES THEY ARE VERY CLEAN. THANK YOU AMY AND ANTHONY FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
