RecommendedI called them for a furnace inspection. my furnace was absolutely ancient. they gave it a good once over pointed out concerns and options without trying to salesman me. I am pretty knowledgeable about these things , but the technician pointed out some things I had not thought of and gave me some good insight and suggestions. I'm glad I chose them. good people.

Called Great Lakes Heating and Air-conditioning to get my A/C fixed. Setup the appt for Monday. Monday rolls around and no show. An hour after the appt time I call them up. Somehow, I'm not in the system or scheduled. I give them the benefit of the doubt and reschedule for first service call of the day today. 8 am rolls around and no show. I call them up, and dispatch tells me they will have the tech call me back.
