RecommendedI called them for a furnace inspection. my furnace was absolutely ancient. they gave it a good once over pointed out concerns and options without trying to salesman me. I am pretty knowledgeable about these things , but the technician pointed out some things I had not thought of and gave me some good insight and suggestions. I'm glad I chose them. good people.

Called Great Lakes Heating and Air-conditioning to get my A/C fixed. Setup the appt for Monday. Monday rolls around and no show. An hour after the appt time I call them up. Somehow, I'm not in the system or scheduled. I give them the benefit of the doubt and reschedule for first service call of the day today. 8 am rolls around and no show. I call them up, and dispatch tells me they will have the tech call me back. Our service technician Don called before he came out and his service and professionalism were more than I expected. He had to order a part which he picked up the next day and installed, I would highly recommend Great Lakes to anyone who needs hvac services.
