I really don’t like Great Lake heating & cooling. They are very unprofessional and under staffed. I called on a Monday and never heard from them...I called them back today & they told me I had to wait until Monday smh the devil is a lie. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

Great people to work with!
AC wasn't working and after meeting with Amy we found out that it and the furnace were actually too small for the size of house. They worked just ok but a lot harder than needed. Decided to replace both as well as the water heater because it was right around the age of its average life span too. Appointment took 2 days. Larry came out the first day and did some removal. Jeff and Sam came out the next day, Friday, to complete the job. We have a very small area that all the mechanicals were in but Jeff and Sam did a fantastic ... read more

Very poor customer service!!! Schedule an appointment last week for a tech to come out and service our ac due to the Freon being low. Tech showed up at 3:10 pm looked at my unit and told us it’s not worth filling and was gone within 15 mins and charged me $98.00. The tech had no motivation to even attempt to work on the unit! Will not recommend this company to anyone!! Justin time is way more companionate and are always willing to fix rather than want you to buy new equipment!! Never again!!!!!
Did the job for a tune up but two complaints... Labor for tune up was essentially charged twice. I had utilized a postcard promo for an $80 service visit but after determining a part needed repair and despite being under warranty and free, I had to be charged again for labor just to swap the part. Should've just asked for the part and done it myself since it only took 5 seconds to swap. But what makes that practice even worse is that I can't really even trust that the technician's recommendation for the warranty part replace... read more
