RecommendedI wish I could rate higher then 5 stars. My wife and I had Great Lakes install a new furnace and a/c last year. Earlier in the middle of the night we suddenly had no heat. I hated to have someone come out in the middle of the night, but we have 2 young children. One of whom is only 3 months old. Plus the temperature is in the single digits. So I called and tech Dion came out. After checking the furnace he discovered the issue and fixed it. The best part is it was under warranty. We are so thankful for your company.
