My husband and I had appointments several weeks apart, mine in the evening and his in the morning. We were both on time, and both waited in the waiting room and in the exam room for over an hour. I was told by the dr when she finally came in that she had emergencies to handle, my husband didn't wait, he left after an hour. This is not ok.
