RecommendedDr Kraat and Dr. Web are excellent. If I have an issue I can call in the morning and they get me in with in two hours. Very caring Dentist and will throughly explain and answer all of your questions.
Great Lakes Dental Care is the place to go if you are in need of a dentist. The staff is friendly, wonderful, and always welcoming. They are wonderful with my young children and take very good care of you. You can tell that they truly care about your overall health and well being.
We have been with Great Lakes Dental for several years and have had every service from cleaning to implants. Everyone there has treated us with great respect and gentle care. They are very professional in their treatment. We don’t have dental insurance but this has not stopped us from returning, thanks to all of the staff for making our dental experience so pleasant in every aspect.
Do not go here without insurance! Very overpriced! Sold me on a plan they offer, just to find out I needed to buy their more expensive plan. Tried to stop them from giving me an exam after seeing the x-rays, knowing I couldn't afford the thousands of dollars of work needed. I was pushed into the exam anyhow. I cancelled the plan and was charged a ridiculous amount on a tooth extraction, x-ray and exam. It cost me $612, and I left with a extracted tooth and a pointless exam result. $612 for $150 worth of actual useful work! T... read more
the staff is amazing! everyone makes you feel so welcomed and at ease. they are so patient with kids and explain everything so they understand!

I am a new patient and I was super impressed with all the staff. I used to be dentaphobic. Dr Kragt was very professional and approachable when it came to questions. The billing staff called my insurance before I came in for treatment. There was no surprises. Cheryl was friendly and very professional when I had my consultation. First time here today and I was very impressed. Modern technology and office space this place is huge! Staff was friendly and professional I had julie for my cleaning and she was great. This is the place for all your dental needs.
Dr. Kragt and his team are amazing. I thought I needed a crown and I was so wrong and needed a root canal. But no problem, he squeezed me in right away in the morning and took the time to explain everything to me making sure I was comfortable with what was going on. GLDC is the best, I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
