RecommendedI went to Great Lakes Dental Care for the first time today and I have to say, it was the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was so nice and Emily, my hygienist, was so friendly and informative. Always Friendly, they go the extra mile and call to see how your feeling after an Extraction or root canal. They have done many crowns and a bridge. Love Dr Kraght and Kerry!
I needed a root canal so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kragt, but then things got worse and he squeezed me in in the last minute. He explained everything he was doing and kept making sure I was okay. Him and Kerrie made sure my time there was comfortable!
We had a good experience there up until one time my husband went to have his semi-annual cleaning. He arrived and the dental hygienist told him she couldn’t clean his teeth until he had a $1,000+ procedure completed. She then commented “it’s okay, you can afford it, you’re a doctor”. We didn’t have the procedure done and we went to a new dentist. The new dentist said that his teeth and gums were perfectly fine.
I have been going to Dr Webb since I was a teenager. He and his staff have handled all orthodontic and dental needs for myself and my whole family. Great friendly place. Sue at the front desk is so Helpful as well. I highly recommend this office to everyone.
My girls and I went here for the first time today. I have never liked going to the dentist and when I was shopping around, we almost went with another dental clinic. I'm so, so glad I decided to go with Great Lakes Dental Care. They were so kind to each of us and really took the time to explain to me what was going on with all three of us and took the extra time to answer my questions. I'm actually looking forward to going back (who says *that* about a dentist?) simply because I know we will be treated well there.
Despite my anxiety being a major issue, the staff was extrodinarily kind, informative and helpfull from the moment i walked in untill i walked out.
Make shur you have coverage for service ahead of time. They won't worn you before work is done. I just got billed for full cost of service and was told it was my fault for not knowing my plan.
The best Dental office I've ever had!
