RecommendedAll dental offices are not the same. The care and professionalism of this office is unmatched. My son was referred to an oral surgeon for a tooth extraction by our past dentist and I didn't want to put my son under anesthesia unnecessarily. Even though we weren't even patients at their office Dr. Kragt and his assistant took the time to give us a second opinion and got us on the schedule within a week. I switched to Great Lakes Dental after having questionable service at my previous provider. I don't worry about them pushing unnecessary procedures on me..they are great, trustworthy and very friendly.
After years of service, they will drop you like a bag of trash after something their own assistant started. Horrible service, horrible people, horrible experience.
Such a great office, Iv been a patient there for 20+ years and I always have a great experience. They know how to have fun and are always willing to educate you and help you find the best ways to take care of your teeth! They ALWAYS make sure their patients have a good experience.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I recommend GLDC to everyone!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Great Lakes dental! They were so amazing to my son! He had to get a tooth pulled and the staff was amazing and he really connected with his dental assistant who promised him two coins for the toy machine instead of one! He always ask when he can go back to the dentist! I love it there. I would recommend 10/10
This office is the best! Our whole family goes to either Dr Kragt or Dr Webb and we love them both! The whole staff is helpful and patient especially with my kids who are 6 and 3. Would always recommend going here!! Thank you GLDC❤️
