Our experience at Great lakes was AMAZING! They treated us with the upmost respect. Our salesman was Jeff Williams. He went above and beyond for us. I actually enjoyed my car shopping experience with him. The process was easy and pain free. We found a car that fit our needs, and all of our wants. We also felt we received a very fair trade in value on prior cars. We loved coming here and will definitely be back in the future!
NEVER EVER go to Great Lakes in Kingsville!! We went and were told we won a drawing and had to sign a paper to register, when the truth was we signed something I guess giving them permission to run our credit! (And just let me say My fiancé told the sales man he doesn’t want his credit score ran he knows he’s in the high 700’s and the guy said he wouldn’t)Which now will drop our credit score and they r arguing the fact of how they lied and falsely told us what we were signing. Want u to buy new vehicles from them and they never want to see u again. Horrible service and just seen on Facebook they screwed another person, and reading all the negative reviews they are not going to last. Can’t even find a broken hose clamp and put a new one one it, not once but twice it was brought in. Husband had to fix it. I started going to Erie PA to cars and pick up checked out and fixed. Even to buy there. Never going to buy in Kingsville again.

They sell cars that are illegal! I got pulled over and got a ticket for window tint from a car I bought from this place. The officer told me that dealerships ARE NOT allowed to sell cars with illegal window tint. So they are breaking the law. And rather then do something about it they try and shove another car down your throat as opposed to taking care of the actual problem. No I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. And they need to STOP calling my house to try and get my hubby and I to buy another car from them.
I wouldn't even give them one star! I would never recommend getting service here! We had and appointment on 8/22/18 to have work done on our truck, it is now 8/30/18, and it has not Even been looked at! They said they didn't have a courtesy car available but would call when one was available and no call for that either. We called several time only to be promised that they would be starting on it the next day, which it was not. I got a jeep from them with a cracked windshield rotted frame bad brakes yes I sighed paperwork but it's the principal of the matter they should not be selling cars like that to people and there refusing to make it right all I'm hearing is well you sighed paperwork you bought it as is regardless it's the principal I deserve to be in a better vehicle than this if not have this jeep fixed they say oh well call you back nobody ever does I got rid of my car and they put me into this and now I'm stuck with it while they take my m... read more
