Great customer service!!! I went in with concerns and walked out feeling great about my choice to shop local. All of my family's future car buying will take place at Great Lakes.
Recently had to deliver a heavy ass tool box here. Everyone was helpful in offloading it and was friendly while doing so!
One bad experience fall of 2016. Was out shopping for a vehicle with cash money in my pocket. Test drove an about 10 year old Saturn Vue, it did have some issues that I would have to take care of like brakes, tires etc. So I looked up the trade in value and the suggested dealer price and told the salesman to bring an offer right in between those two numbers to the manager and tell him it was cash money. They took advantage of my father. He brought a lease back that had nine more months. They sold him a 2014 kia for 26000. Talked to John ...owner but so far nothing has been resolved.
