My sales person was Andrew! Great person and did everything he could to get us in the right vehicle. Ended up getting a 2016 Jeep Compass and I love it! If you want a great salesman, Andrew is the man for the job! He stayed until we finished and I believe we made his day. Hope you enjoy him too as well as we did.
Had done all my homework before I went there yesterday...5/17.....looking at used cars online at dealers from Kingsville to Mentor. Went here with 2 cars in mind. Checked them both out...a 2016 and a 2013. After not driving a regular size vehicle since 1993....sitting in the Hyundai was quite a change from a van size vehicle. Drove the Kia....loved it....right size, color and lots of extras. Waited for my husband, Roger, to come in.....he was impressed with it too. Wish I could give no stars! This place is a joke. They hit your vehicle and it's a battle to get it fixed right.
We came tonight to check out the huge sale. The advertisement said the dealership was open until 8pm. However, when we arrived at 7pm, no one was there. Someone needs to do a better job editing the ads. I'm very disappointed.
