From start to finish this is one of the most professional dealerships I have dealt with. Mind you I drive from NYC to Ohio to only deal with these guys. From the very beginning (browsing) all of my questions were answered with regards to models, pricing, incentives etc.... An angel at a car dealership..you bet! My daughter traveling from Maine to Colorado broke down in Kingsville OH. At 7:00 am she walked to the car dealership awaiting their opening. Andrew Sespico took her under his wing and placed her in an affordable car helping her on her way to college. James Callaway was amazing, very nice man and so easy to deal with. He answers every single question we had and got us into exactly what we wanted and made it an all around great experience. When it came to financing Jake Newsome was awesome. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and we were really pleased with his work. We had a great experience with great service!! Good work Great Lakes you have some wonderful salesmen and if we could give you more then 5 stars we would have!!!
