Don't even deserve a star. This office specializes in bad customer service. Run Away!!! It is so sad because the doctors and dental assistants are super sweet. In the other hand, the staff that handles the phones and in the front desk can't be more rude than they are already. Calling is nightmare. They hang off the phone on you all the time, tell you that they are going to call back later and never do, transfer you all the time to different lines so you have to repeat the same again to many different people. They get one star because they always laid out these treatment plans to treat my many cavities, but then when I'd go for a check-up, they'd find several more, I spent several thousand dollars. When I finally went to see my previous dentist in NYC, she told me they took out one of her fillings, and replaced it with their own! She could tell because they used a different material for the fillings, and she had my xrays from before I moved to Miami. So if you like the dentist to rip you off, please go here
Calling for an appointment is absurd. Extremely long wait times, calls being mysteriously disconnected, rude staff. If there was another location closer to my home I think I would take my daughter there. It's a shame that my insurance is no longer accepted by the previous dentist my daughter was seeing in the Gables. I hope these things improve when I go to take my daughter, again....
