I would give them 0 stars if possible. I went to get my front breaks replaced May 11th, 2020. They worked fine but over time didn’t work as well and were making noises when I applied the break. I took it to a large dealership on 9/10/2020 and was told that Grease Monkey put the incorrect pads in and that they needed replaced and my rotors needed resurfaced. Bad Business 👎No Respect👎 I went to Grease Monkey yesterday to get my oil changed and in return ended with a flat tire. I was waiting in my car for them to change my oil when I noticed a employee going around with the air hose checking my tires. Note: (Did not ask them to check air in tires just change oil). During this time of COVID 19 we have fewer employees and are only checking tire pressure when requested. When we removed your valve cap the valve stem stayed inside of plastic cap. This clearly shows it was broken before we touched tire. There was no loud pop. We offered to put your spare on as a courtesy to you. You failed to mention in your summary that you told us you had recently had new tires put on in last month. My husband took our car here right before our vacation for an oil change and tire rotation. The grease stains left on our seats were the least of our worries. During our drive to NC, we started hearing a strange noise coming from the back right. We pulled over and noticed a lug nut was missing, another was about to fall off and the remaining ones were all loose.
