Brought my 2008 Mercedes e350 oil change. This man ripped a wire off one of the ignition coils near the oil cap then said I drove the car in with the check engine light. I called their corporate offices and I’m still waiting for their call back. Unfortunately for this gentleman I kept up with this car and the engine bay was immaculate, until he touched it. RecommendedI had a radiator hose pop driving through town, and Gary's was my only hope of getting back on the road. I brought my car in and they diagnosed it, fixed it, and gave me a good price to boot! I finished the last 200 mile leg to Salt Lake city, which I wouldn't have done without their help and urgency on my behalf. Definitely recommend, thanks guys!
