The service is always speedy, and properly done the first time around.
Bad place, had a friends car serviced here. Heard technicians talking about how bad this place is to work for. That they make them clock out when work slows down. Thats absurd. How is someone supposed to make a living like that. To make it worse they had a dodge ram diesel doing an oil change. Several of the technicians couldnt remove the oilf filter. They had what appeared to be a new guy do it finally. Then i overheard them talking about whether to put oil in the new filter or not. Which you should do because the cummins m... read more
My son loves to come and play with the toys while I get an oil change. Great idea to keep the kids occupied!!! ( and donuts too)!!!!
Randy and Mark are my HEROES !! My elderly mother spends 6 months in Hagerstown, MD during the summer - and 6 months in south Florida with me during the winter. For the record - I always have her car serviced at Grease Monkey before she leaves and as soon as she gets back - but - they just went way above and beyond their job descriptions today !!
