Soooo im not a big review person but i had to go all out for this one . I walked in for an oil change and without a doubt Mark is one of the friendliest people I've spoke to here. I smell coffee and donuts so i asked "Are those for you guys" he replies "No! They're for you guys ; welcome here to Grease Monkey" my face lit up with excitement!!� THANK YOU THANK YOU I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE

After $2,300 in damages done by using the wrong fluid in my transmission, I wouldn't take a bicycle here. I had 3 different mechanics tell me this, but they pulled the smoke and mirrors act on my elderly father. Well, we'll let BBB work this out and if not, civil court, here we come.

The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. Always helpful and strive to save you money while maintaining our vehicle's. Only place we will take our cars in Hagerstown. Great customer service. Thanks for being awesome guys!
