Thanks for not adhering to the customer. You torqued my lugnut to tight when brought back & asked to back them off & torque to 100lbs u didnt & admitted u didnt so now i have to fix the stud that broke cuz as u said basically not ur problem! Last i knew the customer is always right!

I just had a very spiritual experience and got an oil change at the same time. Grease Monkey on Pennsylvania Ave in Hagerstown is awesome! Pat and his staff are the real deal! I mentioned to him, that his shop was like the Chick FilA of oil changes and he got a tear in his eye and got a little choked up as he said "That's what we strive for here and to hear you say it, is a fulfillment of the goal we set every morning when we pray as a team."
