He took care of us on Saturday morning, January 12, and got us in n out quickly. Identified an issue our vehicle was having and resolved it. That is how you build customer loyalty.

The one in Washington the new manager sucks and is rude. I walked in and he told me no one is coming in and won’t be in the front office until after they close. It’s 420 pm they close at 6pm. All i had to do is get a renewal. Been going here for over 6 years they lost my service and fleet work tell they fire that guy. People keeping walking in the door and he keeps telling them they will have to wait and still we won’t be in and then we will be closed. But he is talking on his personal phone for over 20 min. Fastest oil change in history. They were super nice. I will come back here for another oil change. I would have given 5 stars but they do try to sell you stuff you didn't go there for.
