Now that management... (Verified Renter) Now that management has changed, my views have changed completely. It seems like they care and want to make these apartments nicer and better to live in. The old overlooked alot of things. I recieve emails when the hot water is out.

ok Office staff is very nice. However I'm not fond of the $100 late fee. I would like to say that I've never had to pay late, but I'm busy and I work weekends. Even if it's just the morning of the 4th that you pay, there's still a one hundred dollar late fee. What could that $100 possibly be paying for? Inconvenience? Staff bonus? My apartment is okay. beautiful Before moving I have looked at dozens of apartments and none have caught my eye like Grayson Ridge! The first thing I noticed was the beautiful landscaping; tons of lush trees and beautiful flowers everywhere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and my apartment is prefect! I have hardwood floors which is wonderful since I have kids and it's over 1000 sq. feet and gives us plenty of space!! This is a great quiet place to live and I love it!!
TERRIBLE living environment with poor management! If at all possible, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX. It has been 3 months since my move out date and I have not received my deposit of $350 back. I have called multiple times only to be given the run around once again. I am so disappointed in the management here not only for their lack of customer service but also their unprofessionalism.
