My husband got me a 13 week old pitbull puppy for my birthday. Last night around 10 she came up really sick and we knew she needed help. We live about an hour away from this clinic and were willing to make the drive to get her treated. We called and they requested we pay $99.50 before they would see her. My husband explained he got paid in a few short hours and would pay whatever the cost. The vet on call refused. They have seen both of our dogs on different occasions. They have been super friendly and compassionate both times. They provide excellent service. I would not hesitate on bringing our pets there again!!
Our Catahoula opened up his leg on a metal barn door yesterday afternoon. The vet techs and support staff were wonderful and took amazing care of him until the vet finished up a surgery on another dog. When the vet finished up with him, he called us and explained everything that had been done and gave us instructions on home care until the stitches are removed. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
The worst service I ever had!!! I arrived at 130pm and didn't leave until 610pm. The doctor and her assistant was only in the room with Puggie for a total of 20 minutes tops! No blood work or X-rays! They weighed her and checked for a fever then poked her leg several times to make sure she was really in pain. Then said we think it's bone cancer but we need X-rays and it would cost 977.00 dollars!
