RecommendedSunday morning(Labor Day weekend) came home from an errand to find my 8 month old puppy had eaten over 30 of my other dogs phenobarbital. I talked to Jody who told me how to induce vomiting. I am an hour away but got her there. THESE DOCTORS AND ALL THE STAFF ARE AMAZING. They pulled her through somehow. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. They do NOT care about your animals, they over-charge for any and all of their services and are completely driven by capital. I paid $700 a few nights ago to walk away with no answers and an antibiotic. For? Today my dog is having the exact same symptoms. She was misdiagnosed. I call today and politely ask if she can be re-evaluated as I look at my dog shaking in pain. This place was AMAZING! They were so attentive, kind, and efficient at making sure my baby was okay! All of the staff were incredibly kind and kept me informed! I would definitely recommend this place if you have any pet emergencies!
I took my dog (who was paralyzed from a bad accident and in need of desperate medical attention ASAP) into the clinic last night and I had the worst vet experience of my life. The female staff was very cold & rude with me. I held Ruby the entire time, I was offered no assistance with ruby while I was looking over the 3 "treatment plan" options and when I asked to see the kennel Ruby would be staying in overnight, the nurse smirked and said absolutely not. I highly recommend this clinic. Just took my cat there and they were so great to both of us. They immediately cared for him and helped him feel comfortable. I was expecting a huge bill, but was surprised to see that they are very affordable for emergency care. Thank you for helping us!
