Sadly we had to put my baby yorkie roscoe down tonight, but the staff seemed so caring and really made sure I understood what my options were and what was going on. I wish I had went in sooner and circumstances were different, but I'm glad to have met a wonderful and compassionate team right here in Grayson county.
I took my 12 year old Boston Terrier, Skylar, 3-7-17. She had been misdiagnosed with congestive heart failure and was put on lasix to remove the swelling and stiffness she had. She was only getting worse. I took her to this er clinic. She was kept overnight. She is doing a little better slowly but surely. The staff were exceptionally nice and made sure I understood what my options were. I will definitely use them anytime after hours if needed. I will also recommend them to anyone who has a need for emergencies.
I went with my Mom and Sister this last Sunday because my sisters cat was very sick. The front staff was Great the back staff was great the Dr. that was there on was TERRIBLE!!! It wasn't Dr. Buttler. However he was extremely rude to my mom and I did not appreciate it.. He was extremely accusatory when explaining the cats condition. Like it was her fault that the cat got sick. My mother was already CRYING because we knew that we were going to have to put our baby to sleep and he was just awful to her. Took our dog there, they did a beautiful job on Deuce, they made him feel better. Shots, something for the stomach, steroids and IV fluids. The staff was excellent.
I took my very sick Chihuahua in on Christmas Day and I am so thankful for them. They give up their weekends & holidays to help our fur babies at their sickest times. I hope there won't be another time that I need their services, but if there is you bet I will definitely take my fur babies back to them. My chihuahua is doing great now!!
Dr. Stubblefield was great. Very honest and friendly. We didn't feel forced into anything or misled. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, and prompt.
