This place is a joke one person just simply says I’m suicidal he goes to stay in psych hospital, two girls one slit her wrists (she got sent home) the other was restrained to her bed (she got sent home) I wouldn’t bring my pet booger here to be treated for anything!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

FNP in ER was worthless, couldn’t tell me what was going on with my son. He kept talking in circles and kept getting called out. I felt as if we were an inconvenience. He was rude. And we were sent on our way with no answers.
RecommendedAbsolutely fantastic after being turned away twice from the Gaylord location with severe abdominal pain “kidney stone” also had a kidney infection the team at Grayling took me in and were nothing short of phenomenal.

I don't normally write reviews, however, I feel compelled to do so in my case. I am from downstate and was at my parent's cabin for the weekend when I started having some abdominal pain. Came into the ER and was diagnosed with appendicitis needing surgery that night. I just want to say how wonderful my experience there was- everyone in charge of my care from the many amazing nurses, nurse techs, surgeon/surgical team- even the maintenance guy who helped fix a minor issue in my room- I feel that everyone went above and beyond... read more
Went in this morning and got the best service I’ve ever received by Dr. Jackson and nurse Michelle. They were so knowledgeable and friendly!!! I e never received such care at an emergency room or walk in clinic!!!
Went in for carpal tunnel surgery today and I want to thank the surgical team that made me feel so comfortable. I have had two surgeries and they were ER to operating room quite awhile a go. I was nervous when I got there and because of all of them it was a piece of cake. Thank you.
