Can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the staff and facilities at Munson Grayling. I have spent way to much time there receiving care for myself and family. From the Emergency room to finding the best specialty doctors available. I have found an attitude of caring and helpfulness in everyone I have met there including the great job the cafeteria staff does.

RecommendedCame to do bloodwork. The phlebotomist was extremely rude. Calls my name, I was sitting. She says have a seat, and I had to ask her where. She points to the room and says rudely in there. I have enough going on and didn’t appreciate her rudeness.
-1* on Monday 2/11/19 hubby took his mom to ER for possible pneumonia, waited for 2 1/2 hours, then they gave her some kind of medicine that dropped her heart rate to 34 beats per minute. the only time the doctor came in was to say she needed a pacemaker, he left the room and never came back. The next thing you know they are transferring her to Traverse City. Thank goodness they sent her there because she didn't need a pacemaker, the problem was caused by a med they gave her. This was very poor care and gross incompetence.
Labor and delivery is AMAZING!! The two nurses I had during my labor (Amanda and holli) went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm. Every one is nervous going into this experience but I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me through it! They’re all so kind and helpful! ❤️👶🏻
Went to the ER tonight and waited almost a half hour with no one else and the waiting room. This is not the first time that's a Grayling hospital has expressed this lack of attention. After leaving I called the Munson ER in Traverse City, it took me 15 minutes to get to the right individual and then they weren't sure if they wanted to see me or not. What is going on with Healthcare? I have insurance
You need to start caring for your patients again. I have waited on the phone for over 45 minutes and never got through. You can't get in to see your doctor. The service Munson Healthcare provides has gone downhill big time!!!!
Yes the nursing staff took really good care of me.. only had my operation there cause of my Dr Rubert does surgery there. Other then that I have no use for a hospital that hires Dr, that embezzled money stole Dr IDs they demoted him to promote him to upper management, telling Dr.s they only have 15 min to each patient, only 45 min visit you get is when you are a new patient, after that they are to figure out what is wrong with you in 15 min.. your choice your life!!! I would not recommend this hospital as they fired our Doctor and they didn't provide any help whatsoever in providing me on information on getting a new Doctor. As of this date, I still have not found a Doctor. Your hospital leaves a lot to be desired.
