We worked with Gray Fox to sell our old house and purchase our new one. Mike and Joey are both great! They were always available to answer questions and kept us really informed throughout the whole process. Their flat listing fee also saved us enough money that we were able to repaint the interior of our new home! We definitely recommend them for buying and selling your house!

You get the best agents I've every worked with (and I've worked with a lot of them!) for $995! That's not discounted services, that's full service! You do have to pay the $995.00 up front but they probably do that to avoid dealing with people that are a waste of time. If you're serious about selling your house, you need to seriously use these guys.
