Unprofessional and poor customer experience. We came in with our dimensions, looking for guidance on how much tile we should order based on our space. Our shipment came in - we are way short on the total amount of tile that was ordered. After several calls that were not returned I am getting the tile - but being charged shipping of $35 dollars for a single box of tile. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your tiling needs - honest mistakes happen - how a company responds is what makes them worth doing business with.
