If I could give 10 stars I would. My loved one was in a very serious motorcycle accident and was life flighted to Grant. They saved his life. He was at Grant for 4 weeks and the care was phenomenal. Nurses and doctors were professional and so compassionate. The family was constantly kept up to date on treatment and what to expect next. Dr Spalding and the trauma team came each day to check in and explained each procedure and answered all of our questions. Everyone we encountered was kind and courteous. Beyond slow. 12 hours and STILL don't gave any answers
My husband got a procedure done this morning, very professional people, very friendly and everything was great
They is the worst hospital In Columbus Ohio they is rude liars and their service sucks my niece been up there for two days without anything to eat she was left in the basement from 5am until 9am thinking she was going to surgery they didn't come back until 11 to bring her back up stairs and still didn't give her no pain meds
Grant has the best doctors and the nurses are outstanding..
Saved my life after being transferred from two other hospitals. Staff was very caring and showed lots of TLC in the observation department. ENT surgical team is awsome as well. Thanks Grant staff. ☝🏽📿😘
The staff was great all the way around, my mother has been there almost 2 weeks, and will be moving on to a skilled care facility tomorrow... Hallelujah!!! It was a difficult two weeks to say the least but they were all very supportive and I mean all from the Dr's and nurses to dietary and chaplain, and the many roles in between, I never knew how deep operating a hospital could be, Grey's Anatomy makes it look so simple....lol.
