Over the past few years my family and I have spent some time here with aging parents and doctors we see ourselves. I have to say every visit here has been wonderful from the valet attendants to the doctors and nurses. Everyone who works here goes out of their way to make sure patient and family are comfortable and well taken care of. Today my mother had a procedure done and everyone we encountered asked how we were and if we needed anything. I have to give a shout out to the valet folks. We had a wonderful experience while my Relative had Knee Surgery. The Surgery Team introduced themselves and actually shook hands. Everybody that was a Medical Staff Member was kind, respectful, helpful, and attentive. Cafeteria Food was great. Waiting Rooms clean and comfy. Surgery was professional and caring. Our Family would gladly use Grant for Healthcare needs! We appreciate This Awesome Team!!!
Every time I come to the ER, staff can’t find the person I’m there to see. Today I’ve been sitting here for an hour, still don’t know where my client is. 5 days ago, came here and was told that the person I was there to see was not in this facility, despite me having talked to them on the phone (they didn’t know what room they were in) prior to arriving. Security sent me clear to the other side of the hospital, only to be told again he’s not there. Finally get him back on the phone and talk to the nurse, only to find out he ... read more
