Perhaps the staff could keep the cafeteria clean & tidy. A cafeteria should never look like this. This is gross.
Dr. Ryan is by far the best doctor I’ve had there. She has such great manners and is very detailed and explains things very well. Her staff along with herself is by far the strongest group of people I’ve ever had to care for me. Dr. Ryan and & Karen my nurse after my surgery were outstanding. My son was in a horrible tragic accident Nov. 2, 2018 and was taken to Grant Medical Center. He suffered many injuries and underwent 4 surgeries in 3 days. We spent 19 days on the trauma 1 floor and trauma floor. All of the trauma doctors, the surgeons,nurses, and PSAs were so good to my son and myself. I went last night because I lost my Dr and have insomnia and was up for days and delirious and the Dr treated me like a junkie jus cuz I said I had fibro n was telling them my conditions I didn't ask anything for pain n I been stressed n lost 50 lbs from tht n this nasty basement we've lived in n also told him I've been havin panick attacks and diff seizures n my brain hurts n heart n he literally gave me a vistral n told me to leave n iasked wat about me sleeping and he jus degraded me and my gf,, called us names and tweedl... read more
the first 2 wks I spend time going to mt.Carmel west and after spending the better part of those wks at that hospital my doctor who is a part of mt carmel, told me to never go back. they didn't have 2 of my medications nor did they have the specialist I needed. on the 3rd try I went to grant. I was on the 9th floor 8 days but within days they found exactly what was going on and they had my meds and doctors I needed. Very poor sat 7 hours waiting to be called sat in waiting room with iv in my daughters arm and after 7 hours and many trips to ask when they would call her we was told that she was dismissed at 1030 pm because they called her name twice 😡 we was right by the door you did not call her name so after 7 hours and test ran you take Iv out and send her home pregnant with pain in her stomach and no results of her test 😡 the worse service and hospital ever and will never go back or recommend it to anyone 😡
