Our experience with Chuck was exceptional! From the first phone call, where he communicated openly and honestly, to the inspection itself, where he was very thorough, thoughtful and professional. Chuck was great. On time. Nice detailed report and photo sheet. Very helpful extra set of eyes when walking through before close in. Affordable and I will be using for my closing inspection as well. Definitely recommended.
I found Chuck on Google. He had great ratings on there. I called him and he was very friendly and easy to work with in scheduling my inspection. We have worked together twice and both times he was very thorough and showed me everything he was finding. Being a first time home buyer it was nice to work with someone who was very knowledgeable and informative. I highly recommend him.
We are first time home buyers and were not sure who to use for our house inspection. Chuck came HIGHLY recommended by our realtor. Chuck was very professional and great to work with. Our inspection was set for 2pm and when we got there 15 minutes early he was already walking around the outside taking pictures. He was very detail oriented and gave us great information! He spent time with us explaining things around the house and gave us great information and advice! I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
